Founded by two digital nomad friends with a shared passion for female empowerment and remote work, Womanly Remote was born from our own experiences traveling the world while developing professionally.
We encountered incredibly gifted women who longed for work that offered location independence and financial freedom. And we met visionary companies struggling to find remote employees who worked as hard as they dreamed big.Womanly Remote exists to connect those dots.

Surya Francois
Surya Francois is the Co-founder of WomanlyRemote and has been in the recruitment world for 3 years. After this, she helped entrepreneurs relocate their companies (in Dubai) for tax benefits. This experience has broadened her network with high-value entrepreneurs and given her the inspiration for the amazing idea that women need to have this freedom too! When she's not working, she is exploring the world as a full-time traveler.
Lisa Slootman
Lisa Slootman, Co-founder of WomanlyRemote, who kickstarted her entrepreneurial journey five years ago in Bali. With a passion for e-commerce and a focus on advertising and marketing, Lisa has strategically established multiple websites, showcasing her keen business acumen. Over these transformative five years, she not only successfully positioned and sold over 10 brands but also continued to invest in her personal and business growth, embodying resilience and dedication to the evolving landscape of WomanlyRemote.
